Announcement: big and exciting news!

Interest rates came down this week for the third time this year, from 4.5% to 4.25%. The next rate announcement is scheduled for October 23, 2024!

This is likely to impact anyone with adjustable-rate mortgages, home equity lines of credit, or anyone looking at taking out a new mortgage in the near future!

Today is our 39th wedding anniversary and we are in as much love as ever!
