Butterfly sighting!
Rosemarie, Tom, and Nicolia experienced a beautiful moment yesterday. Amidst our workday, we witnessed this beautiful being flying among our flower pots. They seemed to really enjoy the pink and purple flowers in particular!
Tom did some research afterwards and we believe it is a Canadian tiger swallowtail butterfly.

This last weekend we were honoured to have been invited to our client, Alexis,' housewarming party. It was a wonderful event with lovely, kind people, and some of the best food ever!
Alexis came to Canada from the Philippines about three years ago and we are so impressed and proud of what he has accomplished here in Canada since. Congrats on being a new homeowner, Alexis! JUST SOLD!

This is known as "the Ghostbuster Ruling" and was determined in a 1991 when the US Supreme Court determined that a house that the owner had previously advertised to the public as being a "haunted house" was legally haunted for the purpose of an action of recission brought by a subsequent purchaser of the house.
We don't have anything exactly like this in Canada, though it's never a bad idea to disclose if strange happenings have been occurring around your house

Feeling so grateful!
On Sunday, we went to a beautiful Sunday brunch at Craft Beer Market with our family and Rhea's in-laws. We had three mamas with us and the rest of the family did an amazing job at making these three incredible women feel special.
This was a particularly important Mother's Day for all three, as it was Rhea's first Mother's Day and Rosemarie and Lee's (Rhea's mother-in-law) ]first Mother's Day as grandmas!
