Check your Mail! BC Assessment rates for 2021 are out now! If you haven't received your assessment yet, you can also access it online at evaluebc.bcassessment.ca.


The assessments were done in July 2020, so please remember that the assessed value is not a true indication of the current market value. The unique features of your home along with a host of other factors come into play when determining the current market value.
